Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official website.
  • Payments are non-refundable except in cases of service unavailability or technical issues preventing the session from being conducted.
  • Discounts and offers are subject to change at our discretion.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Only Individual (1:1) Sessions may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Workshops are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date upon request (subject to availability).

Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy. All personal information and discussions during sessions will be kept confidential.
  • However, if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, we reserve the right to take necessary steps to ensure safety.

Code of Conduct

  • Respectful communication is expected in all interactions, including within the support community.
  • Any abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior may lead to termination of access to services without a refund.
